Start: September 2026 | Full-time | Term-time | £100-£115 per day

Are you a Maths graduate looking to gain classroom experience in a fast-paced secondary school?

A secondary school in Hackney is looking for a Maths Academic Mentor to support students who need additional help building confidence and progress in Maths.

Hackney schools are placing a strong focus on raising core subject attainment, making this a fantastic opportunity for aspiring teachers.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting students in Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Delivering targeted intervention sessions
• Supporting GCSE preparation and exam confidence
• Helping students stay engaged and focused in lessons

What they're looking for:

• Maths graduate or strong academic Maths background
• Confident communicator and positive role model
• Strong numeracy and problem-solving skills
• Interest in teaching or education careers
