PSHE Teacher - SEMH Secondary & College Provision | Enfield | ASAP Start
Are you a passionate and resilient PSHE Teacher looking to make a genuine difference within a specialist SEMH setting? We are currently recruiting for a dedicated teacher to join a supportive Secondary and College provision in Enfield, working with students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism, ADHD, and additional learning difficulties.

The Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging PSHE lessons tailored to students' individual needs and EHCP targets
- Support pupils with SEMH needs, Autism, ADHD, and associated behavioural challenges
- Promote emotional wellbeing, resilience, positive relationships, and life skills
- Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, parents, and external professionals
- Monitor student progress and adapt strategies to support engagement and achievement
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Has experience working within SEMH, SEN, or alternative provision settings
- Can confidently manage behaviour using trauma-informed and restorative approaches
- Is passionate about supporting vulnerable young people to achieve positive outcomes
- Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Holds or is willing to attain a enhanced DBS
