Secondary School seeks to appoint an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Teacher of Science to join a well-established department committed to delivering engaging and ambitious lessons across the curriculum.

This position would suit an educator who is passionate about Science and eager to contribute to a thriving academic environment. Whether your specialism is Biology, Chemistry or Physics, the school welcomes applications from teachers who can inspire students and promote a genuine enthusiasm for scientific discovery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Supporting students to achieve strong academic progress
• Using assessment effectively to inform teaching and intervention
• Contributing to curriculum planning and enrichment opportunities
• Promoting a safe, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment

Candidates should ideally have:

• Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
• A degree related to a Science discipline
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to motivate and challenge learners of all abilities
• A commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
