Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a qualified and passionate Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in the Ashton area of Tameside. This full-time role begins in June 2026, with the potential to transition into a permanent school placement.

Key Requirements

Qualification: Level 3 Teaching Assistant (essential)

Experience: Previous Early Years experience in a Primary School setting

Skills & Attributes: Proactive, dependable, and enthusiastic about supporting early learning

Communication: Strong ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
