Graduate Teaching Assistant
A supportive and ambitious secondary school in Hounslow is recruiting a Graduate Teaching Assistant to support students within its expanding SEN department from September.
This Graduate Teaching Assistant position is based in a diverse and inclusive secondary school in Hounslow, where staff are committed to raising attainment and improving outcomes for all learners. The successful Graduate Teaching Assistant will support students with a range of additional needs, including learning difficulties and SEMH challenges.

Responsibilities
Support students in lessons to access the curriculum effectively
Deliver structured academic and emotional support in small groups
Assist teaching staff with planning and adapting learning resources
Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies
Track progress and contribute to support plans
Requirements
Degree-level qualification with strong academic background
Interest in special educational needs and inclusive education
Calm, patient, and adaptable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
