This rewarding role involves working with pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and a range of additional learning needs, helping them develop academically, socially and emotionally.

The Role:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Support pupils with ASD through structured routines and personalised learning strategies.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where pupils can thrive.
• Work closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists and parents to support pupil progress.
• Monitor, assess and celebrate achievements, no matter how big or small.
• Promote communication, independence and confidence both inside and outside the classroom.
