A thriving secondary school in Waltham Forest is looking to appoint an experienced Exams and Assessment Officer to support the delivery of examinations and assessment processes.
The Role
Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will coordinate examination administration while supporting the wider assessment function of the school.
Key duties include:
- Coordinating internal and external examinations
- Managing examination entries and candidate records
- Supporting assessment data administration
- Liaising with teaching staff and examination boards
- Organising invigilator schedules
- Producing examination reports and documentation
- Ensuring regulatory compliance throughout examination periods
The Ideal Candidate

- Previous school-based examination experience
- Strong administrative and data management skills
