The Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

* Support students across a range of subjects and year groups
* Deliver targeted interventions to small groups and individual pupils
* Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
* Help create a positive and engaging learning environment
* Develop valuable skills in behaviour management and pupil engagement
* Gain first-hand experience of life in a secondary school setting

What We Are Looking For

* A degree in any subject area
* A genuine interest in education and working with young people
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, enthusiastic, and professional approach
* Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
