Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting SEND Teachers to work within specialist schools and alternative provisions across Northwich from September 2026.
We are seeking passionate and dedicated teachers who are committed to helping children and young people with additional needs achieve their full potential.
The schools we support cater for pupils with a range of needs including:
- Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
- ADHD
- Moderate Learning Difficulties
- Severe Learning Difficulties
- Speech, Language and Communication Needs
- Complex Additional Needs
The Role
As a SEND Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
- Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Support pupils with a wide range of additional needs
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SENDCOs and wider professionals
- Promote positive outcomes both academically and personally
We Are Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching children or young people
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Ability to adapt teaching to meet individual needs
- A genuine passion for SEND education
