Science Teacher - Secondary School - Flintshire (September Start)
Location: Flintshire

Daily Rate: £170 - £190 (dependent on experience)

Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in Flintshire to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Teacher for a full-time position starting September 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive department and deliver high-quality science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. Applications are welcomed from teachers specialising in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective science lessons

  • Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners

  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress

  • Promote scientific curiosity and independent thinking

  • Contribute to departmental planning and school initiatives

Requirements:

  • PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification in Science

  • Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) is essential

  • Strong classroom management and subject knowledge

  • A proactive and collaborative approach to teaching
