The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong knowledge of school premises management, health and safety, and site maintenance. A relevant degree or professional qualification is preferred.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as a School Premises Officer or in a similar facilities/site management role
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, health & safety, and compliance requirements
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Relevant degree or qualification preferred
• A proactive, reliable, and professional approach
• Strong understandign and experience of COSHH
