Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting experienced Graduate Teaching Assistants for secondary schools across Enfield. This role is ideal for graduates considering teacher training in the future while gaining valuable classroom experience.

The Role
You will support teaching and learning across a range of subjects, working closely with students to improve attainment, confidence, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting students in lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

  • Delivering academic interventions and revision sessions

  • Providing one-to-one and small group support

  • Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management

  • Supporting students preparing for GCSE examinations

  • Encouraging positive attitudes towards learning

The Ideal Candidate

  • Degree educated

  • Previous experience working within a secondary school

  • Strong academic background

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ambition to build a long-term career in education
