Part-Time Teaching Assistant - SEND Support (1:1)

We are currently working with a welcoming primary school in the Oldham area who are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a child with SEND on a part-time basis.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and making a real difference in their learning and development.

The role will involve:

Providing 1:1 support tailored to the child's individual needs

Supporting learning, engagement, and emotional wellbeing

Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO

Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment

The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience working with children, ideally in a SEND setting

A minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification

A calm, patient, and nurturing approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills
