We are seeking a dedicated and confident Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming and supportive school in Lewisham on a full-time (5 days per week) basis. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group behaviour support to students.
• Build positive relationships that encourage engagement and personal development.
• Implement behaviour strategies to promote positive outcomes.
• Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and parents to support individual student needs.
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has previous experience working as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar role.
• Possesses strong knowledge of behaviour management strategies and safeguarding.
• Holds a degree (preferred but not essential).
• Is resilient, proactive, and passionate about supporting young people.
