Tradewind Recruitment is working with a number of primary schools across Warrington that are looking to appoint a dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support pupils from September on both long-term and permanent opportunities.
This Level 2 Teaching Assistant role offers the chance to become a valued member of a supportive school team where you'll play an important role in helping pupils achieve their full potential. Schools are looking for a proactive Level 2 Teaching Assistant who enjoys working collaboratively with teachers and supporting children across the primary age range.
As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant in Warrington, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Delivering small group interventions in English and Maths
- Working with pupils of varying abilities to improve confidence and attainment
- Preparing classroom resources and supporting lesson delivery
- Providing feedback to teachers on pupil progress
To be considered, you should have:
- A recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Previous experience within a UK primary school
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A positive and flexible approach to supporting children
