This rewarding role involves supporting primary-aged pupils with complex special educational needs, helping them to access learning, develop independence, and achieve their individual goals. You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide tailored support in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly those with complex needs (preferred).

• A caring, patient, and resilient approach.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• A genuine passion for supporting children to reach their full potential.

• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
