Are you an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant looking for a genuine opportunity to inherit a successful desk and significantly increase your earnings?
Tradewind Recruitment is looking for an ambitious and proven Education Recruitment Consultant to take over a warm Secondary desk in our Hull office, currently billing around £5,000 per week.
This is a rare opportunity to join one of the UK's leading education recruitment agencies with an established client base, immediate revenue, and outstanding support infrastructure, allowing you to focus on what you do best - building relationships, winning business and making placements.
Please only apply if you have:
A minimum of 12 months' experience within Education Recruitment
Experience recruiting into Secondary education
A proven billing history
Strong client and candidate relationship management skills
A genuine passion for sales and business development

The Role
You'll inherit a warm Secondary desk with established schools and active business, giving you the opportunity to earn commission from day one.
Responsibilities include:
Developing new school partnerships
Managing and growing existing client relationships
Placing teachers and support staff into Secondary schools
Conducting school visits
Business development and outbound sales
Candidate management and account growth
Unlike many agencies, you won't spend your day sourcing candidates or completing compliance paperwork.
Our dedicated Resourcing Team, Compliance Team, Payroll, Marketing and IT departments handle the operational side, leaving you free to maximise your billings.
What We Offer
Up to £50,000 basic salary
Warm desk currently billing £5,000 per week
Commission paid from day one
Uncapped commission and Super Commission scheme
We guarantee to beat your current basic salary
35 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays (43 days total)
Reduced working hours during school holidays (4.5-hour days)
1.5-hour lunch breaks
