School Administrator - Long-Term Role | September Start | South Birmingham

Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a School Administrator to join a welcoming and supportive school in South Birmingham on a long-term basis from September.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who is looking to secure a full-time role within a busy school environment.

The Role:

  • Managing front-of-house reception duties
  • Handling attendance and pupil data
  • Supporting the wider school office team
  • Answering telephone and email enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate school records and databases
  • Providing administrative support to staff, parents, and visitors

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous school administration experience
  • Knowledge of school systems such as SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
