If you're passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning and thrive both in and out of the classroom, this could be the perfect opportunity.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Providing tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional needs
• Supporting children with autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and other SEND
• Working closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver personalised learning strategies
• Promoting independence, confidence and positive behaviour
• Helping to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting children or young people, ideally within an education or care setting
• Is compassionate, adaptable and committed to making a positive impact
• Builds strong relationships with pupils and colleagues
• Is proactive and willing to get involved in all aspects of school life
• Has an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one
