Are you a caring, patient and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with additional needs?
SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive Early Years setting in Tower Hamlets for a full-time SEND Teaching Assistant to join the team for the full academic year.

The Role
As the SEND Teaching Assistant, you'll work within the EYFS provision, supporting children with a variety of additional learning needs.
Your role will include:
Supporting children both individually and in small groups
Encouraging communication, social interaction and emotional development
Working alongside the class teacher and SENDCo to implement personalised support strategies
Promoting independence through play-based learning and daily routines
Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
Helping to create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment

We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has experience supporting children with SEND, ideally within an Early Years setting
Is patient, compassionate and enthusiastic
Understands the importance of inclusive practice
Builds strong relationships with children and colleagues alike
Is committed to supporting children to achieve their individual goals
Can commit to the full academic year
