Are you passionate about helping children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities thrive in the classroom? Tradewind Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic and experienced SEND Teaching Assistants to join our team and work in a range of primary schools throughout Worksop.

We have a variety of opportunities available, from flexible day-to-day assignments that fit around your lifestyle to long-term placements and permanent school-based positions.

You'll be supporting children from EYFS through to Year 6, working with pupils who require additional support to access learning. Depending on the school, your role may involve providing one-to-one support, assisting small groups within mainstream classrooms or working in specialist Integrated Resource (IR) Units alongside experienced teaching staff.

We're looking for candidates who:

• Have previous experience supporting children with SEND within a school or educational setting.
• Can build positive relationships and encourage confidence and independence.
• Are flexible, reliable and able to adapt to the needs of different schools and pupils.
• Work well as part of a wider classroom team.
• Hold a Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not a requirement).
