As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting teachers to create engaging learning environments, helping pupils reach their full potential and providing additional support where needed, both in class and in small group settings.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 preferred), or previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a school.
  • A positive, proactive and caring approach to supporting children's learning.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A passion for helping children thrive both academically and personally.
