Salary: £35,602 - £54,328 (MPS, London Fringe)

The Role
As the Reception Teacher, you will:
- Take full responsibility for a Reception class.
- Deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the EYFS Framework.
- Create a stimulating, language-rich classroom where children learn through play and exploration.
- Assess children's progress and plan learning that meets individual needs.
- Foster positive relationships with parents and carers to support children's development.
- Work collaboratively with an experienced and supportive leadership team.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Recent experience teaching within Reception or the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- A strong understanding of child development, phonics and the EYFS curriculum.
- The ability to create an inclusive, nurturing and inspiring classroom environment.
- High expectations for every child and a commitment to achieving excellent outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within a school team.
