The Role

As the Year 3 Class Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire a love of learning.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to achieve the best outcomes for pupils.
• Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.

We Are Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3 (although confident ECTs are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
• A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to teaching.
