Do you thrive on building positive relationships and helping young people overcome barriers to learning?
A fantastic Alternative Provision in Westminster is seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to work with students aged 11-16 who have SEMH needs and challenging behaviour.
No two days are the same in this rewarding role.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with SEMH and behavioural needs
- Managing behaviour using restorative approaches
- Delivering mentoring sessions
- Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff
Ideal Candidate:
- Youth work, mentoring or behaviour experience
- Calm under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for making a genuine difference
