A welcoming and nurturing primary school in Crick is looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join its team from September 2026. The school is keen to appoint a permanent member of staff, although long-term and fixed-term contracts will also be considered for the right candidate.

About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers to provide high-quality support throughout the school day. You'll help pupils develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning while contributing to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting teaching and learning across the primary curriculum
Working with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning
Providing additional support for children with SEND and varying learning needs
Helping to deliver intervention sessions in literacy and numeracy
Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging pupil engagement
Assisting with classroom preparation, activities, and daily routines
Supporting the wellbeing and personal development of all pupils
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Enjoys working with children and building positive relationships
Is patient, caring, and enthusiastic about education
Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
Can adapt to the changing needs of a busy primary school
Is reliable, organised, and committed to supporting every child's success
Has experience with children through schools, nurseries, childcare, coaching, youth work, or similar settings (desirable but not essential)
