The Role

• Support pupils across the primary age range in class and through small group interventions.

• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.

• Provide one-to-one support where required.

• Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment.

• Gain valuable experience working with children with additional learning needs.

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a degree in any subject.

• Is passionate about education and supporting young people.

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Is enthusiastic, proactive and eager to learn.

• Has experience working with children (desirable but not essential).
