Early Years Teaching Assistant | Borehamwood | September Start | £90-£105 per day
Are you passionate about supporting young children and helping them get the best start to their education? Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Borehamwood from September.
The role:
- Support children across EYFS with their learning and development
- Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging activities
- Provide support with communication, social skills and early learning
- Help create a safe, positive and nurturing classroom environment
- Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with young children, ideally within EYFS
- Is patient, caring and enthusiastic
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Is committed to supporting children's development
- Has a genuine passion for working in education
