SEN Teaching Assistant - Borehamwood
SEN Teaching Assistant | Borehamwood | September Start | £95-£105 per day
Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs? Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Borehamwood from September.
The role:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with additional needs
- Support learning, communication, behaviour and emotional development
- Work closely with teachers and the wider SEN team
- Help create a positive, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment
- Encourage pupils to build confidence, independence and key skills
We're looking for:
- Experience supporting children with SEN is desirable
- A patient, caring and resilient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Someone passionate about making a difference to children's lives
- Teaching Assistant or relevant experience is advantageous
