This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can build positive relationships with students, provide encouragement and guidance, and help young people overcome barriers to learning.

👩‍🏫 The Role

As a Learning Mentor, you will:

• Support students with their learning, confidence and personal development
• Build strong, positive relationships with young people
• Provide one-to-one and small-group support where required
• Help students overcome barriers to engagement and education
• Work closely with teaching staff and the wider support team
• Encourage positive behaviour, independence and resilience
• Create a safe, supportive and motivating environment

We'd love to hear from candidates who:

• Have experience working with children or young people
• Are passionate about education and supporting student development
• Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Are patient, approachable and encouraging
• Can confidently manage challenging situations
• Are reliable, proactive and committed to making a difference
• Have a genuine desire to help young people reach their potential

Education, youth work, mentoring or support experience is highly desirable.
