EYFS Teaching Assistant | Reception | Winsford | ASAP Start | Long-Term Supply | £92.56 - £105 per day
Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a passionate and nurturing EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Winsford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who enjoys working with young children and wants to make a real difference to their early development.
The role is based within a Reception class, supporting children throughout their early years education. The school has a friendly and supportive atmosphere, with an experienced team who are committed to providing children with the best possible start to their education.
The position is available from as soon as possible, with the potential to continue on a long-term basis.
The Role
- Supporting the class teacher with the day-to-day running of a Reception classroom.
- Providing targeted support to children across the EYFS curriculum.
- Helping children develop their communication, social and emotional skills.
- Supporting learning through both adult-led activities and child-initiated play.
- Encouraging children's independence, confidence and curiosity.
- Assisting with classroom preparation and creating an engaging learning environment.
- Supporting children's personal care needs where required.
- Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils.
- Working closely with the class teacher and wider school team to support children's progress.
To be considered for this role, we will need -
- Proof of Right to Work, this could be your Passport or Birth Certificate.
- A CV that covers 10 years of education or employment.
- A fully enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to process one with us. (We will refund the cost of the DBS)
