Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to support our partner schools across Daventry and the surrounding area.

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll help keep lessons running smoothly when the usual teacher is unavailable. You'll work with pupils across the school, delivering pre-prepared work, managing the classroom and making sure students remain focused and engaged.

You don't need QTS or a teaching qualification to become a Cover Supervisor. Previous experience working in a school can be helpful, but it's not essential for all of our opportunities. We're interested in people who are confident, reliable and genuinely want to work with young people.

What we're looking for:

• Confident and approachable individuals
• Someone who can build positive relationships with young people
• Good communication and organisation skills
• The ability to manage a classroom calmly and confidently
• Reliable and professional
• A genuine interest in working in education
• Previous experience with children or young people is desirable but not essential
• QTS is not required

You could be coming from a completely different career, have experience in youth work, sports coaching, childcare, care, mentoring or customer-facing roles, or simply be looking for a new challenge. If you're confident working with people and have the right attitude, we'd love to hear from you.
