The Role:

• Supporting pupils in the classroom
• Working alongside teachers and school staff
• Providing one-to-one and small-group support
• Helping pupils with their learning and development
• Building positive relationships with children and young people
• Supporting classroom activities and school routines
• Gaining valuable experience within a professional education setting

Who We're Looking For:

• Recent graduates or university students
• A genuine interest in working with children and young people
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic, patient and approachable
• Reliable and professional
• Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
