About the Role

Position: SEND Teaching Assistant

Location: Primary School, OL2 - Royton, Oldham

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Full-time, long-term

Key Responsibilities

Support children with SEND within the classroom and through targeted interventions

Work closely with class teachers and support staff to implement individual learning plans

Encourage pupil progress, independence, and confidence

Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

About You

Qualification: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)

Experience: Previous experience supporting SEND pupils in a Primary School setting

Personal Qualities: Patient, empathetic, reliable, and committed to inclusion
