SEMH Teacher | Specialist Setting | Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Immediate Start

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teacher to join a specialist SEMH setting, supporting children and young people who need a more individualised approach to education.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference. You will support pupils both academically and pastorally, helping them overcome barriers to learning, develop confidence and build positive relationships.

The pupils may have a range of SEMH, behavioural and additional learning needs and will benefit from a calm, patient and consistent approach. You will deliver engaging lessons, provide encouragement and positive role modelling, manage behaviour effectively and work closely with colleagues to support each pupil's progress and wellbeing.

QTS is preferred, although unqualified teachers with relevant SEN, SEMH, behaviour or specialist education experience will also be considered.
