What you'll be doing

• Building relationships with teachers and education professionals

• Developing relationships with schools and education settings

• Making high-volume outbound calls and developing new business

• Managing and growing your own recruitment desk

• Matching talented educators with the right schools

• Negotiating placements and generating revenue

• Becoming an expert within your education sector

• Building a network of candidates and clients

• Working towards ambitious individual and team targets
