Teaching Assistant

We're looking for passionate Teaching Assistants to work across a range of Secondary schools in Lincolnshire on a daily supply and long-term basis.

The role is particularly well suited to people who are passionate about supporting young people and helping them reach their full potential. You do not need to be a qualified teacher, making this an excellent route into education for graduates and experienced professionals from other backgrounds.

As a Teaching Assistant on supply, you will;

  • Supporting pupils with their learning and development
  • Working alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities
  • Providing one-to-one or small group support where required
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Supporting students with additional learning needs where appropriate
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and maintaining appropriate classroom expectations
  • Assisting with classroom preparation and organisation
  • Providing pastoral and emotional support to pupils
  • Reporting any issues or concerns to teaching staff

  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) - or willing to obtain one
  • Professional reference checks
  • CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
