What You'll Be Doing

Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN

Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families

Adapting learning materials to meet individual needs

Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development

What We're Looking For

Previous experience supporting children with SEN (essential)

A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach

Flexibility to work across different school environments

A strong commitment to inclusion and high expectations for all pupils
