Tradewind Recruitment is working alongside a fantastic, welcoming one-form entry primary school in Leigh to appoint a dedicated Year 5 Teacher to cover a fixed-term placement until May 2027.

Role Details

Position: Year 5 Teacher

Location: Leigh

Start Date: After October Half Term 2026

End Date: May 2027

Commitment: 5 days a week (Full-Time)

Pay Rate: Competitive daily rates aligned with the main pay scale (dependent on experience)

Key Requirements

Qualification: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience of teaching Key Stage 2.

This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks

Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained

You must have the legal right to work in the UK
