Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Teacher of Business Studies to join a secondary school in Sefton, starting immediately. The role is for approximately 4 weeks.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced Business Studies Teacher to join a supportive secondary school and deliver engaging and challenging lessons to students across KS4 and/or KS5.

The successful candidate will have strong subject knowledge and the ability to plan and deliver high-quality Business Studies lessons, while maintaining high expectations of student achievement, behaviour and progress.

The Role:

• Teacher of Business Studies
• Immediate start
• Duration : Approximately 4 weeks
• Sefton secondary school
• Full-time, long-term opportunity
• Teaching Business Studies across KS4 and/or KS5
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Assessing and monitoring student progress
• Working collaboratively with the wider department and school

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Degree in Business Studies or a related subject
• Strong subject knowledge and teaching experience in Business Studies
• Experience teaching GCSE and/or A-Level Business Studies
• Excellent classroom management skills
• A commitment to raising student achievement
• An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service
