Are you an experienced Lunchtime Organiser / Midday Supervisor looking for your next opportunity in a Manchester school?
We are currently recruiting reliable, enthusiastic, and confident individuals to support schools across Manchester, helping to create a safe, positive, and enjoyable lunchtime environment for pupils.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have previous experience working in a school setting.
- Are confident supervising children during lunchtime and outdoor play.
- Can promote positive behaviour and manage minor incidents calmly and effectively.
- Are reliable, patient, approachable, and able to build positive relationships with pupils.
- Can work effectively as part of a wider school team.
The role will involve:
- Supervising pupils during lunch and playtime.
- Supporting positive behaviour and ensuring school rules are followed.
- Maintaining a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
- Responding appropriately to pupils' needs and supporting their wellbeing.
- Location: Manchester Hours: Lunchtime / Part-time Previous school experience: Essential
