Recent graduates

If you're a recent graduate, you must be able to demonstrate that you worked throughout university alongside your studies.

We're particularly interested in graduates with experience in:

• Hospitality
• Sales
• Sports coaching or sports-related roles
• Education

• Other demanding, fast-paced environments

Non-graduates

Recruitment experience isn't essential.

Driving Licence Requirement

For our Manchester office, you must have a full driving licence or be currently learning to drive with a driving test booked.

Your Day-to-Day

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll:

• Interview and assess candidates
• Build long-term candidate relationships
• Develop relationships with schools and clients
• Source and attract candidates
• Manage your own recruitment desk
• Work towards weekly and monthly KPIs
• Develop your sales and negotiation skills
• Build and grow client accounts
• Compete against targets and your own previous performance
• Receive daily coaching and development

You'll have structured training and support around you, but ultimately your results will determine how far you go.
