Job Description
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and energetic Night Child Care Officers for our new purpose built school in Chelmsford. To work as a member of the Child Care Team in accordance with the school's policies, with responsibilities for tasks relating to the care and welfare of pupils, and specifically those within the keyworker's group.
Applicants must be enthusiastic, with an understanding of and commitment to children with complex behavioural, social and emotional difficulties.
The hours would be
Monday 8:30pm to Tuesday 7:30am
Tuesday 8:45pm to Wednesday 7:30am
Wednesday 8:45pm to Thursday 7:30am
Thursday 8:30pm to Friday 7:30am

This SEN school is offering a nurturing, inclusive environment for 65 pupils with SEMH and associated needs with residential provision for fifteen pupils. We have high expectations for each child to leave as a confident young adult who is well prepared for the future.
The school which will be located in central Chelmsford and will deliver great practice and informative teaching aims at supporting the children and young people to access meaningful outcomes and life pathways.
