The Role

As a Supply Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging lessons across your specialist subject or provide general cover.
  • Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
  • Follow school policies and lesson plans where provided.
  • Adapt quickly to different school settings and year groups.
  • Support pupils in achieving their learning objectives.

We are looking for teachers who:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Have experience teaching in UK secondary schools.
  • Are confident managing classroom behaviour.
  • Are flexible, reliable and able to adapt to different school environments.
  • Have a genuine passion for supporting students' learning and progress.
