The Role

As a Supply Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging lessons within your subject specialism.
  • Follow school lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Adapt quickly to different schools and classroom environments.
  • Support students in achieving positive learning outcomes.

We are looking for teachers who:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Have experience teaching within UK secondary schools.
  • Are confident delivering lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 experience is an advantage).
  • Have excellent classroom management skills.
  • Are flexible, reliable and passionate about education.
