The Opportunity

We are building our network of Cover Supervisors for upcoming requirements across Bristol secondary schools. You will help maintain continuity in pupils' learning during teacher absences, supervising classes and ensuring students remain focused on their assigned work.

As this is a speculative advert, placements will depend on school demand and are not guaranteed immediately.

Your Responsibilities

  • Supervise secondary classes across a range of subjects

  • Deliver pre-set lesson materials and follow school instructions

  • Maintain positive behaviour and consistent classroom expectations

  • Encourage pupils to remain engaged with their learning

  • Create a safe, calm and productive classroom environment

  • Adapt to different school settings and age groups
