The Opportunity

We're expanding our network of Cover Supervisors ahead of upcoming requirements across Bath's secondary schools.

You'll step into classrooms when teachers are absent, oversee pre-planned lessons and help ensure pupils continue learning in a structured and supportive environment. Confidence, adaptability and a positive approach to behaviour management are key.

Please note: This is a speculative advert. Opportunities will depend on school requirements, and work cannot be guaranteed immediately or on a regular basis.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supervising classes across a variety of secondary subjects

  • Explaining and overseeing work set by the class teacher

  • Encouraging pupils to stay on task and participate

  • Managing behaviour calmly and consistently

  • Following school policies and maintaining classroom safety

  • Building positive working relationships with pupils and school staff
