Lunchtime Supervisors

Tradewind are seeking Lunchtime / Midday Supervisors to support primary schools across the Sutton, Greater London area.
This role is perfect for individuals seeking part-time, flexible work, or seeking part-time work during the school day and we can offer consistent, daily lunchtime cover work.
As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you would be expected to support the selected primary school for a minimum of 2 hours from approximately 11:30am - 1:30pm (can vary by school).
What to expect as a Lunchtime Supervisor? Responsibilities include:
  • Supervise pupils in the dining hall and playground, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Promote positive behaviour, good manners and respectful interactions.
  • Support pupils during lunchtime, encouraging independence and good hygiene.
  • Encourage safe, inclusive and enjoyable playtime activities.
  • Respond calmly to minor behaviour issues and report any concerns, accidents or safeguarding issues.
  • Assist with setting up and clearing away dining areas, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Support pupils with additional needs to ensure they can participate fully.
  • Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure a smooth and positive lunchtime experience.
  • Ensure pupils return to class safely and punctually.
Pay: £15.00 hourly rate with 2 hours paid as a minimum for all staff.
