Cover Supervisor

Tradewind are working with a large mainstream Secondary school based close Solihull that is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to support their students and staff. With both full-time and day-to-day opportunities available, this is a great chance to gain valuable experience while making a real difference in the classroom. The school is also only a 20 minute drive from Birmingham so it is accessible from both Birmingham and Coventry.

The role:

• Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students stay on task.
• Deliver pre-prepared work and support students with their learning.
• Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies.
• Work alongside teaching staff to support the smooth running of the school day.
