Full-Time | KS2 | Strong Behaviour Management

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced KS2 SEND Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Bootle on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will support pupils with additional needs, including challenging behaviour, helping to create a positive and structured learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong behaviour management skills - essential.

  • Experience supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs.

  • Confidence using de-escalation strategies.

  • A patient, resilient and proactive approach.
